The Impression Ergo FS®, which is derived from the Impression FreeSign® progressive lens, is the first near comfort lens that can be individually adapted to the personal vision requirements and demands of the customer due to the free design.

Furthermore, the individual parameters (pupil distance, frame tilt, corneal vertex distance, and bow angle) are incorporated into the optimisation as well as the choice of frame. This near comfort lens is especially for occupational groups that have special ergonomics requirements as well as individual work distances, such as surgeons or watchmakers for example Hence, the lens is an innovation that meets all the individual requirements that no other lens has been able to realise so far.

The Right Lens Design for Any Visual Requirements
The technology of Impression Ergo FS® was carried over to the near comfort lenses Impression Ergo® and Multigressiv Ergo®. With these lenses, the optician can choose the best solution for the requirements of the customer from the three design types: “Book”, “PC” and “Room”. These three design types cover the most frequent vision situations that arise in a routine work day or in close-up activities (such as cooking or modelling) in hobbies and recreational activities.

Individual near comfort lens: Impression Ergo®
When optimising Impression Ergo®, besides the individual parameters that result in a dead-on inset, exact adaptation to the selected frame is also incorporated. 

Optimised near comfort lens: Multigressiv Ergo®
The optimised Multigressiv Ergo® near comfort lens is based on the same technology as Impression Ergo®. Hence, the lens takes into consideration the respective refraction data and the pupil distance as individual parameters.

All Ergo® near comfort lenses are available in higher-refracting plastic material 1.6 and in an expanded usage radius.
