When it comes to protecting eyes from the water, everyone knows about swimming goggles - two lenses with watertight spaces behind them. AQUA SPHERE has invented the mini-mask concept, and has come up with SEAL.
SEAL is a mix between an underwater mask, which is perfectly watertight, and swimming goggles that are light weight and hydrodynamic. They provide 180° vision while allowing you to breathe freely through your nose.
SEAL is specifically designed for all swimmers (recreational, fitness and open water swimmers, triathletes, etc.) and for protecting your eyes in any water sport (jet-skiing, surfing, water workouts, etc.).

ABSOLUTELY WATERTIGHT

Masks' and goggles' main feature is the watertight seal. SEAL rests outside the orbits, along the face perimetric zone and has a surface of 4,000 sq.mm, i.e. about 10 times more than a mid-size goggle.

In traditional goggles the contact surface is inside the ocular orbit and it covers about 400 sq.mm. (mid-size polyseal goggle measurement).

EXCEPTIONAL COMFORT

SEAL is much more comfortable because:
The bigger contact surface allows better distribution of the working pressure. There is no need to tighten the strap excessively. SEAL is anatomically suitable to fit a wide range of faces. SEAL does not rest on the sensitive and delicate ocular orbits, but outside them, and so is more comfortable. The Seal is made of non-ageing, shape-retaining, hypoallergenic medical silicone.

BEWARE OF IMITATIONS!
The curvature and technology used on the SEAL lens were developed in AQUA SPHERE's research laboratory.
Visual correctness and quality are the result of years of studies and in-depth analyses, and are covered by international patents. Since this makes it impossible for others to reproduce exactly the same characteristics, products have been launched on the market that attempt to simulate SEAL but that provide poor visibility.

180° PANORAMIC VISION

SEAL allows nearly 180° degree panoramic underwater vision, without any distortion (a normal goggle gives only 70 degree vision). The swimmer has a wide visual field without turning his head. The lens is made of Plexisol®, an exclusive material that, compared to glass, offers superior transparency, one tenth the weight, 20 times the resilience. As a consequence it is shatterproof and guarantees maximum eye-protection safety.
 

AQUATIC SPORTS
SEAL offers ideal protection for anyone who is subject to water spraying in their eyes while taking part in water sports, and who needs to keep their vision clear. Jet-skiing, surfing, wind-surfing, canyoning, hydrospeed, rafting, canoeing, water workouts, and water park activities all require a watertight eye protection that is not only useful but indispensable.

ANTI-FOG, ANTI-SCRATCH, UV PROTECTION

Plexisol® lens is protected by two treatments: anti-scratch outside and anti-fog inside.
Additionally it guarantees 100% UV protection

EASY ANATOMICAL STRAP ADJUSTMENT

To tighten the strap, just pull the end until the required tension is obtained.

To slacken while in use, just lift the buckle lever.

The back of the strap has an anatomical shape that, thanks to its wider surface, guarantees a more stable support.

LENS TYPE

Clear: For normal light conditions

Dark: For bright conditions, such as outdoor swimming

Mirror: Mirror treatment increases protection from the sun rays. The treatment is made by the superficial deposition of a metallic and electric film through a vacuum process. For outdoor aquatic activities, such as jet-ski, surfing, windsurfing, during a prolonged sun rays exposure.

Photochromatic: Special lens made of photosensitive materials that are able to change the intensity of their colouring, adapting themselves to the existing light conditions. In presence of direct sunlight they become dark amber-coloured. On the contrary, with a scarce luminosity, their colour becomes paler to let light coming through. For indoor swimming and for outdoor water activities.
Also the photochromatic version offers a high quality anti-fog treatment, an anti-scratch external protection and UV protection. Available in the opticians shops only.

SILICONE TYPE
The Seal skirt is made of 100% medical silicone. This material is used for the best diving masks, due to its special features: it’s completely hypoallergenic – extremely soft and comfortable – non-ageing and shape-retaining – withstanding temperature of +200° -50°.

MINIMUM DRAG AND LIGHT WEIGHT

SEAL's shape, modelled on the swimmer's face, has a curved and smooth surface, offering exceptionally low drag. Additionally, the curved shape makes it an extremely low-volume mask.
The use of ultra-light materials, such as Plexisol® lens, reduces the SEAL's weight to only 75 gr.

CONTACT LENSES USERS

If using poor goggles that leak, contact lens could absorb potentially infectious elements, such as disinfectants or bacteria.
On the other hand, SEAL's very efficient seal is a guarantee of a high degree of protection.

Seal XP™

The Seal XP is a hybrid goggle that combines the superior visibility and exceptional comfort of the Seal Mask with the low profile and hydrodynamics of the Kaiman Goggles. It has a flexible, one-piece frame and comfortable, watertight skirt that provides for hours of swimming and water sports enjoyment. The low profile, wrap-around design of the Seal XP creates less drag, has greater hydrodynamics and is ideal for fitness, swimming or swim training. The unique Plexisol® lens provides 100% UV protection and is fog and scratch resistant. The innovative easy-adjust buckle system of the Seal XP also allows for quick and easy adjustments -even while wearing the mask.

Clear Lens

Seal XP goggles fitted with clear lenses are designed to provide the greatest visibility while swimming indoors or in low light situations. Available in large and small sizes (red frame available in small size only)
