Quality features of the decentralized filters:

The optical centre is decentralized from the geometrical axis for better vision.
The lens meets the Norm 1836:1998, Optical Class 1: "filters suitable for continual use". A common base 8 lenses glazed on a 15 ° wrap-around sunglasses frame does not comply with Class 1 Norms. Two centring taps indicate the correct axis for glazing.
