The X-ICE collection of both ophthalmic frames and sunglasses
began in Europe in 1996, and is a leading fashion eyewear brand both in Europe
and Japan. Immagine Eyewear also has X-ICE distributors in Europe, Asia,
Australia and South America.

We are a small
creative Italian company based in the Belluno region. Our aim is to produce
highly original frames, which combine interesting materials, colours and
details. Our frames are particularly sought after by a young public, but we do
also design frames that are suitable for progressive lenses. Our customers are
looking for something different to wear, and sometimes something quite extreme.

The X-ICE collection now
contains about 150 pieces, with more conservative designs mixed with the
avant-garde. “There’s nothing boring or cookie cutter about them,” says Sheila.
“Even the conservative pieces have an edge. The X-ICE collection was designed
for the fashion-forward consumer who understands the importance of innovative
eyewear designs. This is a person who wants to be trendy and noticed, but also
appreciates quality.”

We are offering a
new stainless steel collection. Each front is produced in one piece. The
temples are very flexible, and we have tried to mix up the colours to create
special contrasts of colour; model Magnum PI is one of these models; we have
used chemical cutting on the temples to create an interesting decoration. We
also have a model called Hazzard with a special layering effect which combines
different colours. This style also has an open lens design which requires
absolute technical precision. Model A-Team features injected plastic on the
temple which is designed to function as the hinge. We are doing less acetate
models this year, and a number of combination pieces using metal and acetate
together which are really popular at the moment.

mmagine Eyewear’s constant research into
style has led to the creation of Rey, the vision glasses that look simple, but
are actually very structured and no detail has been overlooked.

Nothing has been left to chance in these up-to-the-minute glasses with their
young lines. The minimalist effect is the result of in-depth research into
shape, the combination of materials and color matching.
This is the key to the success of the
X-Ice line: a
quality product, its refined eccentricity anticipates fashion and it will set
the trend for the years to come.
