Tom Davies was Chief designer at a major manufacturing group based in Hong Kong. In 2000 he moved to London and set up a product design agency in his own name providing branded design for many leading accessories labels across the world.

In 2002 he launched his spectacle bespoke service and following a spectacular feature in the Financial Times Tom Davies launched a range of spectacles and sunglasses to complete the offer.

Since then Tom Davies has produced bespoke spectacles for some of the richest and most famous people in the world and his collection is offered through opticians and department stores world wide.

Then the factory produces your final bespoke frame to the highest specifications and quality, with your name discreetly laser-engraved on the inside!

Tom Davies studied Film and Television at the University of East Anglia before flying to China, aged 21 with his backpack, to work for a start-up eyewear factory.
Cutting his teeth on the factory floor, Tom helped build production from scratch whilst designing for other brands the world over.
Returning to London in 2000, Tom set up his couture business, creating spectacles and sunglasses for the Rich and Famous.
Tom then decided to set up a ready-to-wear line, which was offered through top boutique opticians across the world.
In 2008, Tom opened his own factory and now offers a full bespoke service through his global network of exclusive opticians.

With my job I find myself travelling to some of the most fantastic places in the world. I get to go to some amazing cities and constantly find influences in the local culture and tastes of the people I meet. Face shapes, personal choices of accessories and the way people choose colour for themselves all find their way in to my collections.

It is a privilege to meet such a wide spectrum of people and design eyewear for them and all these experiences help me to develop my Ready to wear collections and also form the basis for the way we design bespoke glasses for each and every customer.
