According to a lot scientists the protection of the ozone layer is
diminishing In certain part of the world, especially in the sudden part of the
world.

As you all know the ozone belt is responsible for the
absorption of the most part of the U.V. (ultra violet rays). This fact emphasizes
the need to protect ourselves from the U.V. , the whole body and especially the eyes.
Higher we go and more to the South we go, and where
there is a lot of reflection like water or sand, the more careful
we should be to protect ourselves from the sun.
The U.V. are electromagnetic waves on the short side of the
visible rays and on the long side you find the I.R. (infrared rays).
The division of the rays coming into role for is as follow:
U.V. A 315 nm - 400 nm
U.V. B 280 nm - 315 nm
U.V. C 100 nm - 280 nm
Visible light 400 nm - 780 nm
I.R. 780 nm - 1 mm
The U.V. C are responsible for the sun burn, the conjunctivitis, the keratitis (snow
-blindness and arc-eye), they have also an effect on the dark adaptation to the retina.
This can be very dangerous if you wear contact lenses. They might also provoke skin
cancer. Funny enough the U.V. A are sometimes called U.V.C and vice versa in the
specialize literature.
As you can see the U.V. are divided in tree parts:
U.V. A 315 nm - 400 nm
The UV A are responsible for the shade of the skin without sun burn. Create a
fluorescence of the crystalline lens (diminish the contrast).
U.V. B 280 nm - 315 nm
The UV B make the D vitamin and are also responsible for the sun burn, the
conjunctivitis, the keratitis.
U.V. C 100 nm - 280 nm
A are sometimes call U.V.C and vice versa in the specialize
literature.
Latitudes and months especially important for U.V.
light protection

Shorter are the waves length, stronger is the energy,
greater is the impact on the eye tissues, and deeper it
goes in the human tissues. In order to have any effect the radiation have to be absorb
by the Eye's tissues.
The eye's tissues absorb the radiations differently:
