USAGE AND DIRECTIONS:

Use Ultrazyme®
Enzymatic Cleaner once a week, or more often as recommended by your eye care
practitioner.

Use only the ULTRACARE™
Cup with the blue left lens basket for weekly enzymatic cleaning/disinfection
and neutralization. Do not substitute any other lens case.

Use only UltraCare®
Disinfecting Solution/Neutralizer components. Do not substitute.
1. CLEAN AND RINSE
YOUR LENSES
Remove and handle one
lens at a time. Gently rub each lens with an appropriate daily cleaner, such as
LENS PLUS® Daily Cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with sterile saline solution, such as
LENS PLUS® Sterile Saline Solution. Place the lens in the appropriate basket of
the ULTRACARE™ Cup lens holder.
2. DISINFECT,
ENZYMATICALLY CLEAN AND NEUTRALIZE
Fill the ULTRACARE™ Cup
to the fill line with UltraCare® Disinfecting Solution. Drop one Ultrazyme®
Enzymatic Cleaner tablet into the solution. Then drop one UltraCare®
Neutralizing tablet into the solution. Immediately place the lens holder
containing the lenses into the ULTRACARE™ Cup. Tighten the cap. Gently turn the
ULTRACARE™ Cup upside down, then right side up 3 consecutive times to wet the
upper surfaces of the cup and the inside of the cap. Allow the lenses to soak
for a minimum of 6 hours to overnight.
3. RUB, RINSE AND
WEAR
Before removing lenses
from the lens case, turn the lens case upside down to ensure full neutralization
of all residual disinfecting solution in the lens case. When you are ready to
wear your lenses, remove one lens at a time and gently rub and rinse thoroughly
with an appropriate sterile rinsing solution such as LENS PLUS® Sterile Saline
Solution, then apply lenses.
INGREDIENTS
Ultrazyme® Enzymatic
Cleaner is an effervescent, smooth, round, white tablet that contains the enzyme
subtilisin A, with effervescing, buffering and tableting agents.
Trizyme
•
Trizyme, as the name suggests, contains three different enzymes to remove
proteins, lipids, mucins and calcium. Trizyme can be dissolved in multipurpose
solutions, 3% peroxide or saline making it a simply low cost addition to any
contact lens care regime.
• Trizyme does not contain enzymes derived from animals,
this being particularly important to many eye care professionals and contact
lens wearers today.
Unizyme
Unizyme Protein Remover Tablets are an easy to use enzymatic
cleaner compatable for use with all types of contact lenses and lens
care systems.
